What are your payment terms?

  • On the check out page, you will be prompted to select a payment method. You can choose to pay later by selecting "CREDIT ACCOUNT" or if you would like to pay by credit card, you can select "CREDIT CARD".

Do I need to register for an account to place an order?

  • No, you don’t have to register for an account to place an order. You can immediately add items to your cart. When you’re ready to make payment, click on “checkout” to enter your billing and select your preferred payment method. However, we do recommend that you register for an account for convenience and a better shopping experience. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email from NuMedical. To make this easier and simple for your future orders, we encourage you to create an account with NuMedical so that your shipping address, contact details and order history are saved.

How do I register for an account?

  • Click on "Create an Account" and you will be prompted to enter relevant details such as name, address, email address, etc. Upon successful registration, you will receive an email from NuMedical to validate your account. Follow the prompt in the email to validate your account. 

How do I change my account details?

  • Log in to “My Account” and enter your username (email address) and password. You will then be able to change change your account details such as email address or password.

What if I have forgotten my password?

  • Click on the “forgot password” link on the log in page. Enter your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

Can you send me an invoice? 

  • Yes, one of our payment methods is "CREDIT ACCOUNT" which allows you to pay later. If you are a new customer wanting a 30-day payment term, you will need to enter your ABN number after selecting "CREDIT ACCOUNT" payment method. Once you have entered a valid ABN number, you can then proceed to place your order and we will send through an invoice to you. If you are an existing custmer with a 30-day payment term, you can proceed to place your order without having to enter your ABN number. 

How do I check stock availability for items I want to order?

  • We strive to always have available stock for our customers as we understand how important these products are to your business. To better help you manage your inventory, our dental equipment and products are colour coded as below:
  • Green – In Stock
  • Yellow - Low Stock
  • Red – Out of stock

The item I want to order is out of stock, can I still order it?

  • For items that are out of stock, you can still add them to the cart and proceed to check out. It means that these items will be on back order. We will notify you by email on the time frame you will be expected to receive the products.

How can I see a previous order I’ve submitted to NuMedical?

  • Log in to “My Account” and enter your username (email address) and password. Click on “Orders” to view your order history.

I’m having problems placing my order, what should I do?

  • Please call our friendly and helpful Team Members on 1300 998 224. They would love to assist you with your order.

How do I track my orders?

  • You will receive an email from NuMedical to inform you that your order has been dispatched with a shipment tracking number.

How do I know if NuMedical has received my order?

  • You will receive an “Order Confirmation” email from NuMedical.

What delivery charges will I incur for my order?

  • We offer free shipping/delivery for orders over $299 (inc GST), Australia-wide! If your total order in a single receipt is less than $299 (inc GST), the delivery charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Delivery charges depend on the total weight of the shipment and your shipping address location.

What carriers do you use for delivery?

  • Our local freight delivery partner is Couriers Please for South Australia (Metro) and TNT for interstate.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • All orders received prior to 12.00pm on a normal business day will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Depending on where you want the goods to be delivered to, the estimated date of delivery will vary. You will be notified by email once your shipment has been dispatched. A shipment tracking number will be included in this email which you can use to track your shipment. Delivery normally takes 3 – 5 days upon dispatch from our warehouse.

I haven’t received my order within the expected time. What should I do now?

  • We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please speak with a NuMedical Team Member at your earliest convenience on 1300 998 224 and they will assist you.

What is your product refund policy?

I’ve received a wrong item in my order, what should I do?

I’m missing an item in my order. What should I do?

I’ve received my order but the items are damaged.

Do your products come with warranty?

  • To make a warranty claim, firstly check if the product comes with a product warranty guarantee. For products that have warranty, the product warranty guarantee will be included in the shipment. Warranty claims must be made within the specified time written on the product warranty guarantee. To make a claim, please call us on 1300 998 224 or email orders@numedical.com.au to speak with a NuMedical Team Member for assistance.
